Email Practices

Last updated: September 20, 2026

3225.ai ("3225") provides software that helps local service businesses, such as home services, auto shops, and dental practices, ask their customers for feedback and stay in touch. This page explains how our messages are sent.

Who we contact

We only contact people who are existing customers of a business we work with. Contact details come from that business's own customer records, such as its accounting system. We do not buy, rent, or scrape email lists, and we do not send messages to people who have no relationship with the business.

What we send

The messages we send are mainly short customer feedback surveys tied to a visit or purchase with the business. Each message names the business it is sent for. Messages are sent from a verified 3225.ai address, using the business's name as the sender name, and replies go to the business's own contact address.

How to stop receiving messages

Reply to the survey email directly, or email info@3225.ai, and ask us to stop. We'll make sure you're not contacted again for that business.

Your responses

Survey answers are used to help the business understand how it is doing and follow up. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is handled.
